Cancellation Policy
Top Condition Detailing has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. Failure to provide a 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum of a $50 or 25% of the service cost whicher is higher, which also applies to same day appointments that are cancelled.
